I'm a programmer by trade, or that is I mean "software craftsman", and decided that this web site would provide some fun projects for me.
I also enjoy the outdoors and mountaineering and have been a weekend warrior for quite some time now, thirty plus years. Nothing exotic but, some good stuff in the Northwest; originally the Montana Rockies and now the Washington Cascades.
